What does this website offer?

www.autocareslevante.com is a secure and binding way to reserve traveler s ground transportation. After completing a reservation the user receives an E-Mail containing all the reservation data as well as contact details to the local service provider. This E-Mail is also your binding confirmation.

What kind of reservation could you do? Shuttle or Exclusive?

Online reservations allow transportation from the airport to a Hotel or vice versa. The user may select out of two modes:
– Shuttle: is the inexpensive option sharing seats in a large vehicle. The price includeS a hand baggage and one bag per person.
– Exclusivo: Private transfer. The driver will wait with a sign in the MEETING POINT IN THE AIRPORT EXIT 4) and will get you directly to your destination. No detours

When I have to do the booking?

Online reservations must be made 72 hours ahead of time the latest. Autocares Levante must be contacted the traditional way should the time span be less:

How I can find the driver on arrival in the airport?

For “Shuttle” reservations: After getting your luggage please go directle to the office SHUTTLE TRANSUNION at the airport. The staff will get you to your bus.
For “Exclusivo ” reservatons: The driver will welcome you at the MEETING POINT in the airport EXIT 4). He will be holding a sign with your name.

When and where will the driver pick me up?

Your driver will pick you up at the entrance to your hotel.
Pick up times for EXCLUSIVO services are already stated on the confirmation sent by E-Mail after completing the reservation. If you prompted us to do so in the reservation you will receive a SMS free of charge on your mobile phone containing said information.
SHUTTLE pick up times will be confirmed 24 hours before departure by email and SMS.

– By contacting the performing company Autocares Levante directly
– If you promted us to do so in the reservation the pick up time will be notified by SMS to your mobile phone at no charge.

When and how is the payment for the reservation due?

Payment for the service reserved starts with an advanced payment as stated on this web. Following payment methos are accepted:
– CREDIT CARD. Pay with your credit card through this web implemented in the circuit of the saving bank “Sa Nostra” (www.sanostra.es).
– Paypal: Pay without having to quote your credit card data.www.paypal.es).

How can I cancel my reservation? Do I get my money back?

You can cancel your reservation in the section CANCELLATIONS provided this happens not later than 72 hours prior to the journey. Alll you need is the localizer and the E-Mail address you submitted in your reservation form. Beyond this time limit cancellations must be made calling directly on Autocares Levante.
Cancellations submitted in due time are automatically accepted. Autocares Levante will refund in a few days the total amount prepaid.
The acceptance of cancellations not submitted in due time will be examined individually by Autocares Levante.

Can I make a reservation without a simultaneous payment through the web?

Yes you can. However, credit is granted only to registered clients and companies. If your hotel is registered in www.autocareslevante.com ask them to make the reservation for you. Payment is then due to this registered client in time and mode established by them.

How can I register in order to be able to make online reservations for my clients?

If you wish to become a registered company and start making online reservations then please enter to “Access Companies” in chapter “About us”. Autocares Levante will contact you thereafter and provide the cecessary access codes.

I am already a registered company and are in posession of entry codes. How do I submit my reservations?
Top left on this site offers the link to “Access Companies”. Type User and Password as requested. You will automatically be led to the reservation form where a wellcome message and your private menu is being displayed. This means that you are now entitled to make reservations and operate with all the advantages of a registered company.
