AutocaresLevante.com offers the possibility of making online passenger transport reservations. Reservations are made safely and with full guarantee. At the end of the reservation process, the user will be sent an email with all the details of the reservation made and the contact details of the carrier. This email is your reservation guarantee.
The reservations that can be made online consist of the transfer of travelers from the airport to the hotel and vice versa. The user can choose between two types of service:
Shuttle: that service is the cheapest. It consists of shared transportation of passengers by coach. The price includes one suitcase and one piece of hand luggage per person.
Exclusive: private transport and includes immediate pick up with a sign at the AIRPORT MEETING POINT (GATE 4), without waiting, and direct transfer to your destination point. The price includes one suitcase and one piece of hand luggage per person.
Online reservations must be made at least 72 hours before the date of service. If you wish to make the reservation in a shorter period than indicated, you must contact Autocares Levante by email or phone:

In the case of booking a SHUTTLE service, once you have collected your bags you must go to the SHUTTLE TRANSUNION office located at the airport, there they will indicate where your bus will be waiting.
In the case of booking an EXCLUSIVE service, your driver will be waiting at the MEETING POINT (Gate 4) at the airport and will be holding a sign with your name.
For return service to the airport, the driver will pick you up at the door of the hotel where you are staying.

In the event that your reservation is an EXCLUSIVE service, the pick-up time will be indicated on the voucher that was sent to you by email when making the reservation. If you requested it during the reservation process, you will also receive an SMS on your mobile phone free of charge with this information.
In the case of a SHUTTLE service, the pick-up time will be confirmed 24 hours before the departure date. If requested during the reservation, we will send an SMS to your mobile phone.You can also consult the section CHECK YOUR DEPARTURE TIME on this website.
Payment will be made with the percentage requested on this website and just before confirming the reservation. This payment may be made in the following ways:

– Credit Card service
– PayPal service
You can cancel your reservation in the Cancellations section 36 hours before the start of the service. You will need your tracking number and the email address you provided when making the reservation. For cancellations outside the notice period, the user must contact Autocares Levante by mail (info@autocareslevante.com) or telephone: (+34 971 818076).
Cancellations made with more than 36 hours in advance will be automatically accepted and Autocares Levante, within a few days, will proceed to the full refund of the amount paid by the customer.
Refunds for late cancelations will be considered by Autocares Levante on a case-by-case basis and depend on the situation.
Yes, although only companies registered on the Autocares Levante website can make online transport reservations with credit. If your hotel is registered with us, you can ask them to make your reservation. In that case, you will make the payment for the transportation reservation according to the hotel’s terms.
If you want to be a registered company to start making online reservations as such, you can request registration in the Company Access section of the Who We Are section. Autocares Levante will contact you and provide you with your access credentials.
In the upper left part of this website there is a company access section where you must indicate your username and password (access credentials). Once logged in, you will automatically see the welcome message and your private menu at the top of the reservation form, which means that you are already enabled to make reservations with all the advantages of being a registered company.
