General Conditions

We prompt you to read carefully the Terms and Conditions prior to generate a reservation as these contain relevant information about both your rights and your obligations. By clicking through you are legally accepting these Terms and Conditions.

This service is executed by Autocares Levante, a renown transportation company on the island. The service consists in transportation from the airport of Palma de Mallorca to any point on the island one way (outbound) and return one way (inbound). Transportation will be performed through vehicles with 4 (taxi) and up to 60 (bus) seats.

On arrival a staff member of Autocares Levante will welcome you at the announced exit gate of your flight. He will be holding a plate with your name.

If one single reservation applies to more than one person assumption becomes law that the person who accomplished the reservation acts in knoledge and approval of all others in acceptance and compliance of all terms related to the reservation.

Minors under two are at no charge. If a childres seat is required please mention this in the reservation form. To ensure both comfort and the use of a proper vehicle please state any special luggage. If the buttons faile to suit size and nature of the goods please use “other” and add a comprehensive description.

Autocares Levante and its drivers as legal representatives reserve the right to refuse transportation to any person under influence of alcohol and/or illegal drugs. The same refusal applies to persons behaving in a way which may compromise the security of the driver and/or other persons involved in the transportation.

Drinking of alcoholic beveradges and smoking is not allowed in all our vehicles.

Before finalizing the reservation please check the accuracy of all entered information. Pay special attention to the flight and contact data. After conclusion you will receive per E-Mail a reservation certificate/voucher containing all the reservation data plus information of the local transportation company. Pick-up information (place/date/time) of the return transfer – should such have been reserved – will also be implied in the voucher.

NB: Payment will coincide with the confirmation of the reservation in real time through this web. Should changes in dates, time, number of passengers, pick-up or delivery places, etc. become necessary please inform the transportation company in due time. Please use the contact information contained in the confirmation. If you use the e-Portal www.autocareslevante.com/home-cancellation to cancel a reservation please do so not later than 72 hours prior to the service reserved. Failing to do so may involve the total or partial loss of the payment made.

Please read these Terms and Conditions thoroughly. All rights and obligations are stated therein. By clicking on “accept” you declare yourself compelled to fulfill obligations.

All Terms and Conditions are equally effective for “Autocares Levante (Shuttle Levante)”, collaborating with “Shuttle Transunion”.

Passengers of SHUTTLE TRANSUNION are subject to following Terms and Conditions.

Reservations and modification of existing reservations (i.e. number of passengers, flight schedule, hotels, flight numbers) must be made not later than 72 hours prior to the beginning of services.

Infants unter two travel in adult arms. Special childrens seat can not be mounted on heavy vehicles.

There is no lifting device for wheelchairs on the coaches used for this service. Disabled passengers should be able to master the access stairs into the coach.

SHUTTLE TRANSUNION is to be informed in the reservation form of any baggage in excess of two pieces. The excess includes goods like sport equipment, wheelchairs, etc.. Note that there is a surcharge of 9.00 Euro for bicycles and golf bags. Please also note that we reserve the right to refuse transportation of goods not declared in the reservation. If transportation is accepted payment for such goods is due prior to departure.

Whenever the reservation is made for two or more persons it is understood that the applicant acts in the name and by appointment of all others. Hence he agrees in the name and by appointment of all others with these conditions.

On board of all our vehicles consuming spirits and smoking is not permitted..

After arriving at Palma de Mallorca airport clients must call on SHUTTLE TRANSUNION offices and inform of their presence and of any possible delay caused by baggage loss or tardy delivery. Failing to do so voids the service warrant.

Service payment is to be made simultaneously to the reservation or in the SHUTTLE TRANSUNION office at Palma de Mallorca irport prior to acceed to the vehicle.
